Our Products
We specialize in high end needlework supplies.
Among the many products we carry are accessories, beads and attachments, needles, scissors, canvas - plain, line drawn and hand painted; crystals and embellishments, fabrics, frames and stands as well as lamps and magnifiers. We also carry wood products, stitching tools and specialty items.
In fibers we carry threads for Brazilian and Japanese embroidery, threads by Caron, DMC, Madeira, Needle Necessities, Rainbow Gallery, YLI, Kreinik, Prensencia (Finca). Weeks Dye Works, Au Ver a Soie, Classic Colorworks (previously known as Crescent Colours), Gloriana, Planet Earth, Vineyard and Walsh to name a few.
We carry a large supply of books, charted designs and kits. We also have a large supply of many items that are no longer available. Please feel free to contact us via phone or email listed in our Contact US section if we can be of any help.

Desert Oasis Needlepoint Supplies is the culmination of over 75 years of combined enthusiasm and passion for the needle arts.
Marianne Bergson, founder of Threadneedle Street started her journey over 50 years ago in New York and New Jersey and moved west to California in 1994, successfully utilizing the internet, as a way to fulfill people’s needs within the community of stitching enthusiasts world wide.
Don Nelson met Marianne in 2017 through a stitching club that she hosted. That friendship grew and resulted in the formation of what has now become, Desert Oasis Needlepoint Supplies.
